Gas volume

The volume of the gas that can be purified by the dust collector in a unit time is called "gas volume". The unit of volume corresponding to the unit time is cubic meters, which is one of the most important elements in the design of the dust collector bag. The dust collector should not work in excess of the regular air volume, otherwise the filter bag will be blocked, the service life of filter bags will be shortened, and the dust removal efficiency will decrease.

Operation pressure

The working pressure of the dust collector bag is affected by the static pressure value of the equipment and fan before and after the dust collector and the orientation of the device. The pressure value of the cloth bag is then determined according to the elements in front. The imported dust concentration is determined by the dust point technique. Operating pressure is also a major factor in selection.
